How Enagic® Compensation Works: A Complete Guide to the Plan

Enagic®'s compensation plan is a patented system with multiple income streams across three tiers. The foundation is the 8-Point Commission, a direct sales commission paid daily on every product sale made within a distributor's 8 points. At the 6A level and above, distributors unlock additional awards, including the Title Incentive, Group Sales Award, Rising Step-Up Award, and Educational Allowance. At 6A2 and above, Monthly and Quarterly Sales Incentives are available, along with advancement bonuses and a willable legacy income called Global Financial Support. Uniquely, Enagic® has no de-ranking, no monthly quotas, and pays commissions daily.

Why this guide exists

Enagic®'s compensation plan is one of the most frequently discussed—and frequently misunderstood—aspects of the business. It's also one of the most searched. New distributors want to understand what they're getting into. Experienced distributors want a clean resource to share with prospects. And leaders want to explain the plan accurately without getting lost in the details.

This guide breaks the plan down into plain English. It covers every commission type, every rank, and every incentive—structured so you can understand the full picture or jump to the section that matters most to you.

A few important notes before we begin. This is an educational overview of how the compensation structure works, based on publicly available Enagic® materials and firsthand experience as a distributor. Commission amounts vary by country and by product. For ease of explanation, the figures referenced here are in USD unless otherwise noted. Individual results depend on personal effort, market conditions, and team activity. Nothing in this guide should be interpreted as a guarantee of income.

How the plan is structured

Enagic®'s compensation plan has four tiers, each unlocking as you advance in rank:

Tier 1: Core Commissions (all ranks, 1A and above) — The 8-Point Commission, Special Point bonus, filter commissions, and Ukon commissions. These are the foundation of the business and are available from your very first sale.

Tier 2: 6A Incentives (6A and above) — Title Incentive, 6A Group Sales Award, Rising Step-Up Award, and Educational Allowance. These unlock when you reach 6A—the rank that marks you as a serious builder, having made 101+ total sales in your business.

Tier 3: 6A2 Incentives — Monthly Sales Incentives and Quarterly Sales Incentives, as you start to help others also rank to 6A and above.

Tier 4: Legacy Income (6A2-3 and above) — Monthly Sales Incentives, Quarterly Sales Incentives, Advancement Bonuses, Global Profit Sharing, and Global Financial Support (the willable legacy income). These represent the long-term wealth-building layer of the plan.

Let's walk through each one.

Rank progression: from 1A to 6A2-8

Before diving into the commissions, it helps to understand how ranks work.

Every distributor starts at the same place: 1A. After making their first two direct sales, from there, ranks progress based on accumulated sales volume—a combination of your personal direct sales and your team's group sales, also known as indirect sales.

The ranks are: 1A, 2A, 3A, 4A, 5A, 6A, and then the 6A2 tiers: 6A2, 6A2-2, 6A2-3, 6A2-4, 6A2-5, 6A2-6, 6A2-7, 6A2-8.

1A means you have made 1-2 direct sales.
2A means you have made 3-10 total sales.
3A means you have made 11-20 total sales.
4A means you have made 21-50 total sales.
5A means you have made 51-100 total sales.
6A means you have made 101+ total sales.
6A2 means you are a 6A with 2 x 6As in separate legs below you.
6A2-2 means you are a 6A with 2 x 6A2s in separate legs below you.
6A2-3 means you are a 6A with 2 x 6A2-2's in separate legs below you.
6A2-4 means you are a 6A with 2 x 6A2-3's in separate legs below you.
6A2-5 means you are a 6A with 2 x 6A2-4's in separate legs below you.
6A2-6 means you are a 6A with 2 x 6A2-5's in separate legs below you.
6A2-7 means you are a 6A with 2 x 6A2-6's in separate legs below you.
6A2-8 means you are a 6A with 2 x 6A2-7's in separate legs below you.

It's also possible to be a 6A3, which would mean you have 3 x 6As in separate legs below you.

The first part of the rank indicates how many separate 6As are below you. The second part tells us how many levels deep the 6As go.

e.g. a 6A12-2 would have 10 x 6As below them in separate legs, and 2 x 6A2s.

Here's the critical thing that makes Enagic® different from most direct sales companies: once you achieve a rank, you keep it. There is no de-ranking. A distributor who reaches 6A and takes a year off is still a 6A when they come back. This creates genuine long-term security that most compensation plans in the industry simply don't offer.

There are also no monthly quotas. You don't need to sell a minimum number of products each month to maintain your rank. You can build at your own pace.

Tier 1: Core commissions (all ranks)

The 8-Point Commission

This is the heart of the plan—and it's patented.

Enagic® spent over two and a half years designing this structure, and it was awarded a United States patent. Here's how it works in simple terms:

Every time a product is sold, Enagic® pays out commission across 8 points, which you can liken to 8 slices of pie. Those 8 points (or pie pieces) are distributed among distributors based on their rank and their relationship to the sale.

The person who made the sale gets paid first. The number of points they earn equals their rank—a 1A earns 1 point, a 3A earns 3 points, a 6A earns 6 points. The remaining points flow upward to the seller's upline until all 8 points are distributed.

The dollar value of each point depends on the product sold. For example, as of June 2025, the Leveluk K8—Enagic®'s flagship machine—has a point value of $270 USD per point. That means a 6A distributor who makes a direct sale of a K8 earns 6 × that point value on that single sale.

This is paid daily. Not monthly, not weekly—daily.

The 8-Point Commission applies to every commissionable product in the Enagic® range, including the K8, SD501 series, JRIV, Super501, Anespa DX, emGuarde, Kangen Air, and Kangen Beef. Each product has its own point value.

Special Point (SP) Bonus

When you've made a direct sale within the past 90 days, you qualify for the Special Point bonus. This adds an extra amount per point on top of the standard 8-point commission. The current SP bonus per point for K8 is $81, bringing the total per point for an active distributor to $351 USD. This incentivises consistent personal selling activity. Distributors who maintain SP status earn meaningfully more per point than those who don't.

One way many distributors maintain their Special Point bonus is by always keeping an active Ukon subscription. An Ukon Sigma keeps the Special Point active for 1 year, while the Ukon DD keeps it active for 4 months, acting as a protective mechanism to keep active distributorship and maximise commissions alongside the health benefits.

Filter Commissions

Every Enagic® machine needs replacement filters, and distributors earn commission when their customers reorder. Filter commissions are paid out per point based on distributor status and accumulated until they reach a threshold of $250 USD before payout. This is a form of residual income—once a customer has a machine, filter replacements are ongoing.

Ukon DD Commission

Ukon is Enagic®'s beyond organic Japanese turmeric supplement, sold on a recurring subscription. Every Ukon DD sale also pays 8 points of commission at $40 USD per point. Because it's a subscription, this creates true recurring residual income.

Because Ukon DD is renewed 3 times within a year, this subscription's sales volume counts at a 3:1 ratio when compared to the Ukon Sigma. Ukon DD commission is paid out after accumulating $160.

Ukon Sigma Commission

Ukon Sigma is an Ukon product that offers one year's supply, pays up to 8 points at $115 per point and counts as 1 sale for incentive calculations. It also maintains your SP status for one year, which is useful for distributors who may not make a machine sale every 90 days. Like Ukon DD, Ukon Sigma commission is paid out after accumulating $160.

Tier 2: 6A awards

Reaching 6A is a significant milestone. It requires a minimum of 101 total group sales and marks the transition from individual seller to team leader. At 6A, four additional income streams unlock.

Title Incentive

A one-time award of $3,000 USD when you first reach 6A. The qualification requires 10 group sales in the month you achieve the rank. This is a recognition bonus—a reward for reaching a meaningful milestone.

6A Group Sales Award

This is a monthly award based on your “open volume”—the sales activity in your organisation that doesn't have another 6A between you and the sale. The award amount is calculated based on two factors: how many total open volume sales your group generates, and how many of those are direct sales you personally made.

The amounts range from $200 (under 4 group sales, 0 direct sales) to $4,000 (30+ group sales, 3+ direct sales). This is paid monthly for six months after becoming 6A. For the full table, see Enagic's official 6A Group Award document.

The more your group sells, and the more you personally contribute, the higher the award. This is paid monthly for six months after becoming a 6A.

Rising Step-Up Award

This award is for existing 6A distributors, paid to you when someone in your downline achieves 6A. The amount depends on the new 6A's group sales volume at the time they qualify. It's paid monthly for six months, and goes to the closest 6A above the new 6A.

The amounts range from $190 to $1,300 per month depending on the new 6A's accumulated group sales. For the full table, see Enagic's official Rising Step-Up Award document.

This incentivises leadership development—you benefit directly from helping your team members reach 6A. The Rising Step-Up Award is discontinued once you advance to 6A2, at which point you move into the 6A2 incentive structure.

Educational Allowance

This is Enagic®'s recognition of 6A distributors who actively support and develop their teams. The Educational Allowance is paid on sales that occur below the 8-point range—specifically, on sales under any 6A in your downline, up to three levels of 6As deep.

The amount varies by product. For example, on a K8 sale, the first 6A above the sale (with SP status) receives $200 USD. The second and third 6As (with SP status) above receive $50 USD.

This is paid daily. It rewards depth—the deeper your organisation and the more active your 6A leaders are, the more Educational Allowance you earn.

Tier 3: 6A2 incentives and legacy income

Reaching 6A2 requires developing two direct 6A leaders in your organisation. If you use an “Ukon Strategy”, these might be your own accounts. They could also be other distributors. This is where the compensation plan transforms from “strong income” to “long-term wealth building.”

How 6A2 ranks work

The 6A2 tier system is based on developing 6A2 leaders in your downline. Each advancement requires your direct leaders to also advance:

6A2: You have two direct 6As in your downline.
6A2-2: You have two direct 6A2s in your downline.
6A2-3: You have two direct 6A2-2s in your downline.

This pattern continues through 6A2-4, 6A2-5, 6A2-6, 6A2-7, and 6A2-8. Each level requires your direct leaders to have reached the level below yours. The result is that advancement at the highest levels depends entirely on developing leaders—not on personal sales volume alone.

Title Incentive

A one-time award of $6,000 USD when you reach 6A2. The qualification requires 10 group sales in the month you achieve the rank. This is a recognition bonus—a reward for reaching a meaningful milestone.

Monthly Sales Incentive (6A2 8-Level Group Incentive)

This monthly incentive is calculated from two components: your open volume sales multiplied by $40 per unit, and the total sales across your 6A 8-level groups multiplied by a per-unit rate.

At 6A2, the per-unit incentive on 8-level group sales is $20. At 6A2-2 and above, it increases to $22. There's also a bonus of $30 additional per open sale when 10+ open volume sales are accumulated, bringing the total to $70 per unit.

To qualify, a 6A2 needs a minimum of one 8-point sale in the month. A 6A2-2 needs a minimum of two.

Quarterly Sales Incentive (6A2 8-Level Group Incentive)

Similar to the monthly incentive but calculated over a three-month quarter. This includes: total 8-level group sales × $14 per unit, plus a rank-based incentive ($1,000 for 6A2, $2,000 for 6A2-2), plus a line bonus of $500 per additional 6A line unit sold.

Qualification requires three 8-point sales in the quarter for a 6A2, or six for a 6A2-2. No partial qualification—you either hit the threshold for the full quarter or you don't.

Advancement bonuses and legacy income

From 6A2-3 and above, the compensation plan introduces three additional layers that fundamentally change the financial picture.

Advancement Bonuses/Title Incentives. One-time bonuses paid at each rank advancement:

  • 6A: $3,000 bonus
  • 6A2: $6,000 bonus
  • 6A2-2: $12,000 bonus
  • 6A2-3: $25,000 bonus
  • 6A2-4: $50,000 bonus
  • 6A2-5: $100,000 bonus
  • 6A2-6: $200,000 bonus
  • 6A2-7: $400,000 bonus
  • 6A2-8: $800,000 bonus

Global Profit Sharing.A monthly share in Enagic®'s global profits, starting at 6A2-3. The amount increases with each tier advancement. Contact your local Enagic® office for current amounts.

Global Financial Support (Long-Term Income).This is the legacy component—and it's what makes Enagic®'s plan genuinely unique in the industry. Starting at 6A2-3, distributors who qualify receive a minimum monthly income that continues for life:

  • 6A2-3: over $5,000/month
  • 6A2-4: over $10,000/month
  • 6A2-5: over $15,000/month
  • 6A2-6: over $20,000/month
  • 6A2-7: over $40,000/month
  • 6A2-8: over $80,000/month

These incomes can be willed to a family member. This is almost unheard of in the direct sales industry. In most companies, when a distributor passes away or leaves, their income stops. With Enagic®, the legacy income at 6A2-3 and above transfers to the distributor's designated beneficiary and continues paying.

This is why distributors at these levels rarely leave the business—the long-term financial security is genuine and transferable.

What makes this plan different

No de-ranking.Once you reach a rank, it's permanent. Take time off, slow down, deal with life—your rank doesn't change.

No inventory requirements.Enagic® ships directly to your customers. You don't need to buy, store, or manage inventory. There's no garage full of product and no minimum purchase requirements.

Possible to start with no money down.Through Enagic®'s in-house financing options in some countries, it's possible to start your business with a product purchase that's financed—meaning you can begin earning commissions before you've paid off your own machine.

How the pieces fit together

At the early stages (1A through 5A), your income primarily comes from the 8-point commission on direct and indirect sales, plus SP bonuses and filter/Ukon residuals.

At 6A, you add the Title Incentive, Group Sales Award, Rising Step-Up Award, and Educational Allowance. Your income becomes a mix of direct sales commissions and team-based awards.

At 6A2 and above, the Monthly and Quarterly Sales Incentives reward you for the overall activity of your entire organisation. And from 6A2-3 onward, the advancement bonuses, global profit sharing, and legacy income create long-term wealth that extends beyond your own activity.
