FlowQuota focuses specifically on the post-call sales flow: multi-currency quoting with real-time pricing, automated paperwork by country, AI-drafted follow-ups from your actual conversation, and sales coaching. Yes — international sales are what FlowQuota was built for. It calculates pricing, taxes, and shipping across 44 Enagic® branches worldwide, handles multi-currency orders automatically, and generates the correct paperwork for each customer's country. If you sell across borders, FlowQuota eliminates the manual quoting and compliance work.

FlowQuota supports pricing across all major Enagic® branches worldwide, including Australia, United States, Canada, Europe, Japan, and more. Quotes display in the source branch currency and include an estimate in your customer's local currency. Country-specific paperwork is currently available for Australia and the United States, with more regions being added.

FlowQuota uses intake forms to collect customer and sponsor information, then automatically generates the correct paperwork for the customer's country. Australian customers get Australian forms. US customers get US forms. Every document is pre-filled, region-specific, and ready for electronic signature — no manual assembly required.

Early Operators are the first group of Enagic® distributors to build their sales workflow on FlowQuota. As an Early Operator, you get locked pricing for as long as your subscription is active, direct input on the product roadmap, and priority support. It's limited to active distributors processing consistent international volume — 3+ deals a month.

FlowQuota isn't open to everyone yet — we're onboarding a small group of Early Operators, personally rather than at scale. The core system — calendar integration, multi-currency quoting, automated paperwork, follow-up generation, and sales coaching — is functional and being refined with real-world feedback. We're onboarding new Early Operators on a case-by-case basis.

Early Operators receive locked pricing for as long as their subscription remains active. Pricing details are shared during the onboarding conversation. There is a one-time implementation fee (non-refundable after onboarding) and a monthly subscription billed in advance. We don't publish pricing publicly because we tailor the onboarding to each operator's setup.

After you submit the interest form, we review your details within 48 hours. If FlowQuota looks like a good fit for how you work, we'll reach out to schedule a conversation about your sales flow, volume, and what you'd need from the system. Not every applicant is accepted — we're focused on working with distributors where FlowQuota genuinely solves a problem.

Your data is stored on US-based servers with TLS encryption. FlowQuota does not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Call recordings, transcripts, and customer information are used only to deliver FlowQuota's features. You can request deletion of your data within 30 days at any time.
