FlowQuota for US Enagic® Distributors

Updated April 2026

FlowQuota supports US Enagic® distributors with automatic state-by-state sales tax calculation (from 0% in states like Oregon to over 10% in others), domestic shipping from US offices, imported product pricing from Malaysia (emGuarde, Kangen Air) with MYR/USD conversion, and compliant US paperwork generation including Application Forms, W9s, Return Policies, Alternate Payer forms, and state-specific requirements—all pre-filled from a single intake.

Selling Enagic® in the United States

The US is Enagic®'s largest market, with multiple offices in Los Angeles, New York, Seattle, Garland, Chula Vista, Chicago, Orlando, and Honolulu handling orders across the country. For a simple domestic sale—one machine, one customer, one state—the process is manageable and sometimes even possible to complete online without manual paperwork via invitation emails from the DSS. But the US adds a layer of complexity that most other countries don't have: state-by-state sales tax.

What US distributors deal with

Sales tax varies by state.Unlike Australia's flat 10% GST, the US has no federal sales tax. Each state sets its own rate—from 0% in Alaska, Oregon, Montana, Delaware, and New Hampshire, to over 10% in some jurisdictions. Some states have additional local taxes on top. Getting the tax right on a quote means knowing the customer's exact state, and sometimes their county or city.

Imported products from Malaysia and Singapore.Products like emGuarde and Kangen Air are shipped from the Malaysian or Singapore offices. They're priced in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit), SGD (Singapore Dollars) or USD, depending on the arrangement, with separate international shipping costs that may vary month to month. A US order that includes a K8 from the local office and an emGuarde from Malaysia involves two different price sources. Add a KangenAir to the order, and now you're working with three currencies in a single order.

US-specific paperwork. US orders require their own set of forms—Application Forms, Return Policy agreements, Policies and Procedures, W9 forms for tax reporting, Alternate Payer forms, and potentially additional state-specific documentation, especially for Corporate orders. Each form requires the Applicant and Sponsor details to be filled out correctly, and the product placement order on the forms affects the distributor's compensation.

Selling to customers outside the US. US-based distributors with global distribution rights often sell to customers in Canada, Australia, Europe, or elsewhere. Each international sale means different pricing, different paperwork, different tax rules, and a different Enagic® office handling the processing. The skills you develop for US domestic sales don't automatically transfer.

How FlowQuota handles US sales

Automatic state sales tax.FlowQuota calculates the correct sales tax based on the customer's state. Whether they're in tax-free Oregon or high-tax California, the rate is applied automatically—no lookup tables, no manual calculations.

MYR conversion for imported products. When a US order includes emGuarde or Kangen Air from the Malaysian office, FlowQuota handles the currency conversion, international shipping, and combines everything into a single USD total for the customer.

US paperwork generation. FlowQuota selects the correct US forms, pre-fills every field from a single intake, handles Applicant/Sponsor roles (including adding the Applicant as Sponsor for multiple product purchases) and product placement, including Sponsor/Enroller forms, and routes the paperwork toward the correct US office for processing.

International sales from the US.When you sell to a customer in Australia, Canada, or anywhere else, FlowQuota switches to that country's pricing, tax rules, and paperwork—automatically. Your global distribution rights become operationally simple, not just legally available. There's no need to learn each country's system separately. See how the full workflow connects.
