The moment that started it all

I was on a sales call — a good one. The prospect was engaged and ready to move forward. They wanted pricing for multiple Enagic® products shipped to their country.

And I couldn't give it to them.

Not accurately. Not on the call. I pulled up the Enagic® Web System. I tried a third-party hub. I cross-referenced shipping tables and tax rates across tabs. None of it gave me a clean, confident number I could share in the moment.

So I did what most of us do. I told the prospect I'd email the exact pricing after the call. I cobbled together the numbers manually, emailed them hours later, and hoped the momentum held.

It didn't. That deal went cold.

Over eight years as an Enagic® distributor selling across Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Europe and the United States, I watched this pattern repeat. Not just with quoting; with intricacies in finance options, paperwork that differed by country, with follow-ups that arrived too late or sounded too generic, with the gap between a great conversation and a closed deal.

The tools existed for parts of the problem. But nothing handled the full flow — from the moment a call ends to the moment a deal closes. So I built it.

Founding Operators get locked pricing, direct input on the product roadmap, and priority support as the platform matures. It's not early access for the sake of it — it's a partnership between the system and the people who use it.
