Effective date: March 3, 2026 · Last updated: March 3, 2026
FlowQuota (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you visit our website at flowquota.com or use our services. By using FlowQuota, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly. When you submit our interest form or create an account, we collect your name, email address, Enagic® Distributor ID, and information about your business operations, such as monthly deal volume and sales challenges.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, time spent on pages, and referring URLs. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies.
Information from third-party services. If you connect third-party services to your FlowQuota account (such as Gmail or Google Calendar), we receive information necessary to provide the integrated functionality you have requested.
Call recordings. If you use FlowQuota's call recording features, audio recordings and transcripts of your sales calls are collected and processed to provide transcription, sales coaching, and follow-up intelligence. You are responsible for informing call participants that the call is being recorded and obtaining any required consent under applicable laws.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to operate and improve FlowQuota, process your interest form submissions and account applications, communicate with you about your account and our services, provide customer support, analyse usage patterns to improve our product, send you updates about FlowQuota (you can opt out at any time), and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Your data may be processed by third-party AI services to provide FlowQuota's features, including call recording and transcription, sales coaching, follow-up intelligence, and related functionality. These services process your data only to deliver their stated function — your data is not used to train their models or shared with other customers. We may update the specific services we use as FlowQuota evolves, and will reflect material changes in this policy.

5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. If you request deletion of your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.
Interest form submissions from applicants who are not onboarded are retained for 12 months, then deleted.
