5 Systems Every 6A+ Enagic® Distributor Should Have

By Aimee Q Devlin · April 2026

A 6A+ Enagic® distributor needs five core systems to operate efficiently: a marketing and funnel system to attract prospects, a content creation system to build authority, a training and coaching platform to develop skills and support a team, a follow-up system to maintain relationships, and a sales execution system to handle quoting, paperwork, and post-call workflow. Most distributors have some of these, but few have all five working together.

You've outgrown your setup

Hitting 6A is proof that you can sell. You've done what most fail to. You've made 101+ sales, closed deals, built a team, and figured out how to make this business work. That part isn't in question.

But somewhere between 4A and 6A, something shifts. The things that got you here—hustle, memory, manual effort, 90 day sprints doing back to back calls burning the candle at both ends, late nights cobbling together quotes and paperwork—start working against you. You're spending more time on admin than selling. You're managing your business from WhatsApp threads, shared Google Docs, and a mental to-do list that never stops growing.

The most common operational mistake at the 6A+ level isn't doing the wrong things. It's doing the right things without systems to support them. Too many tools but no connected workflow. Still doing manually what should be automated. Outgrowing the shared team resources that worked at 4A. Spending more time on admin than on revenue-generating activities. Not tracking numbers properly.

If that sounds familiar, you don't need to work harder. You need better infrastructure.

Here are the five systems that separate distributors who scale from distributors who stall.

1. A marketing and funnel system

What it does:Attracts prospects, captures interest, and moves people from “curious” to “booked a call.”

Why you need it at 6A+:At lower ranks and in the beginning of your business, your warm market carries you. Friends, family, and referrals from existing customers might get you started—if you're lucky—but they soon fizzle out. But at 6A+, you've likely worked through most of your warm network (and you're looking to hustle less and automate more. Growth depends on reaching people who don't know you yet—and that requires a system, not just working more.

What this looks like in practice: A landing page or funnel that explains the product and the opportunity. A lead capture mechanism—an opt-in, a webinar registration, a quiz. An automated sequence that nurtures interest before the call, saving you time answering the same questions over and over. Social media content—both organic and paid—that drives traffic to the funnel consistently.

Common tools: GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, Systeme.io, Kanjuni (for directory listings and ready-made funnels), or a custom-built website.

The mistake most distributors make: Building a beautiful funnel but having no system for what happens after someone books a call. The funnel gets them in the door—but the post-call experience is what closes the deal.

2. A content creation system

What it does: Builds your authority, creates trust before the first conversation, and keeps you visible to your audience.

Why you need it at 6A+:People research before they buy. They check your Instagram, watch your videos, and read your posts. The content you create—or don't create—shapes their perception of you before you ever speak. At 6A+, you're not just selling machines. You're selling yourself as a credible, knowledgeable, trustworthy guide.

What this looks like in practice: A consistent posting schedule on 1-2 platforms that suit your vibe (not all of them—pick where your audience is). A mix of educational content (water quality, health, product comparisons), personal story content (your journey, your why), and social proof (customer results, team wins). Video content—especially simple, phone-recorded videos—builds trust faster than graphics alone. Down to earth videos beat polished ones these days. In the land of AI, deep fakes, and cookie cutter strategies, you want to stand out.

Common tools: Canva for graphics, Descript for video editing, CapCut for short-form video, Claude for copy, your phone camera, and a content calendar (even a simple spreadsheet).

The mistake most distributors make: Creating content without a system. Posting what everyone else is posting, when you feel like it, on whatever platform feels right that day, with no plan for what ties it together. Consistency matters more than perfection. A simple content calendar with three posts per week on one platform beats sporadic posting across five.

3. A training and coaching platform

What it does: Develops your sales skills, keeps you current on products and strategies, and—critically at 6A+—helps you train and support your growing team.

Why you need it at 6A+:You're no longer just selling. You're leading. Your team looks to you for guidance on calls, objection handling, product knowledge, and business strategy. If your only training resource is “ask your upline on WhatsApp,” you're creating a bottleneck—and your team's growth is limited by your availability.

What this looks like in practice:Access to structured training—whether through your team's platform (Freedom Quest, The Digital Era, Online Empires, iKonic Marketer, or others), Enagic®'s official resources, or independent sales training. Regular call reviews with your team. A system for onboarding new distributors in your downline so they're not starting from zero.

Common tools:Your team's training platform, Zoom for group coaching sessions, Loom for recorded walkthroughs, and a shared resource library.

The mistake most distributors make: Relying on training to fix operational problems. Training teaches you how to market and sell. But if your quoting takes an hour, your paperwork is wrong, and your follow-ups are generic—no amount of training fixes that. Training sharpens the blade. Systems keep it sharp.

4. A follow-up system

What it does: Ensures every prospect who expressed interest gets a timely, relevant, personalised response—without depending on your memory.

Why you need it at 6A+:At higher volumes, follow-up becomes the hardest part of the business. You're running back-to-back calls (or training/paying a sales team to do it for you). Each prospect has different concerns, products, personalities, and timelines. Remembering who said what—and following up with the right details at the right time—is nearly impossible without a system.

What this looks like in practice: At a minimum, a CRM or pipeline tool that tracks where each prospect is in your process. At best, a system that drafts personalised follow-ups based on the actual conversation—not templates—and tells you exactly who to contact and when.

Common tools: GoHighLevel (CRM and pipeline), Instagram DMs, WhatsApp Business (quick follow-ups), email (detailed follow-ups), or FlowQuota (AI-drafted follow-ups from the actual call). Many distributors use a combination.

The mistake most distributors make: Treating follow-up as something you do “when you get a minute.” Follow-up is not admin. It's the highest-leverage sales activity you have. The gap between a great call and a closed deal is where most sales die—and a follow-up system closes that gap.

5. A sales execution system

What it does:Handles the operational workflow of closing a deal—quoting, paperwork, and the mechanics of getting from “yes” to “done.”

Why you need it at 6A+:This is the system most distributors don't have—and it's the one that costs them the most time and deals. At 6A+, you're likely selling internationally, dealing with multiple currencies, navigating different paperwork requirements by country, and trying to close deals before momentum fades.

What this looks like in practice: A system that can produce accurate multi-currency quotes in seconds—on the call, not after it. A system that generates the correct paperwork for each country and payment method, including in-house and third-party finance options, pre-filled from a single intake. A system that connects the quote, the paperwork, and the follow-up so nothing falls through the cracks.

What most distributors do instead:Spreadsheets for quoting. PDF editors for paperwork. Memory for follow-up. VAs to handle the admin—but they don't know the business the way you do, and training them on Enagic®'s paperwork complexity is a job in itself—when they quit, you've gotta start all over again. The result: hours of manual work per deal, errors that cause resubmissions, and a process that doesn't scale.

What's available: FlowQuota was built specifically to fill this gap. It handles multi-currency quoting across 44 Enagic® branches, generates compliant paperwork by country, drafts personalised follow-up emails from your actual conversation, and provides post-call sales coaching—in one connected system. See how the full workflow connects.

But even without FlowQuota, the principle applies: if you're at 6A+ and your post-call workflow is still manual, you're leaving time and deals on the table.

How the five systems work together

These five systems aren't independent. They're a chain.

Your marketing system attracts prospects. Your content builds trust before the call. Your training makes you better on the call. Your follow-up system keeps the momentum alive after the call. And your sales execution system handles the operational steps that close the deal.

Break any link in that chain, and deals stall. The most common break? The gap between the call and the close—systems 4 and 5. Most 6A+ distributors have decent marketing, create content, and have access to training. What they're missing is the infrastructure for what happens after the conversation.

The real question

The question isn't “do I need systems?” If you're at 6A+, you already know the answer.

The question is: which system is your weakest link?

If prospects can't find you, invest in marketing and content.

If your calls aren't converting, invest in training and coaching.

If your deals are dying after great calls, invest in follow-up and sales execution.

Most 6A+ distributors don't need more effort. They need fewer moving parts that are better connected.
